We want to be the best you’ve ever worked with
We install sports surfaces, netting and ball containment, and we sweat the details. That’s why quotes come back within 24 hours, design help is free, and the person who walks your site stays with the job to the end. And when a job isn’t ours, we’ll tell you who to call.
Meet The Team
The team has been in and around the industry for decades, but Total Sports Surfaces officially came to be in 2019 when Rob Franco and his partners at Re-Tek Products acquired Soccer and Tennis Surfaces.
Rob Franco
PresidentWhen you hire TSS, you get Rob. He’s the one who designs your project, writes your quote and schedules the work, so there’s no hand-off where what you asked for gets lost.
He knows your side of the job. His background includes running Let’s Play and serving as general manager of a 60,000 square foot indoor facility, so he understands what it takes to keep a building running, and what a delay or a surprise costs you.
He’ll also tell you straight. If a job isn’t one we do, we’ll tell you who to call.
Dave Wilcox
Crew ChiefDave has spent more than 35 years installing sports surfaces, from turf to boards, netting, tile and specialty rubber, so there is very little he hasn’t run into on a job.
Manuel Marquez
Crew ChiefManuel has been a master installer for more than 30 years, and when a facility needs a field torn out and reinstalled, they often ask for him by name.
Roberto Marquez
Crew ChiefRoberto has been a master installer for more than 30 years, so when a crew runs into something unexpected, he’s the one they ask. He usually works alongside his brother Manuel.
Industry-leading materials we trust, installed by our crews
Every project starts with products from our vendor partners, manufacturers that lead their industries in quality and performance.
We’ve worked in all 48 contiguous states
Our sales office is in Syracuse, our warehouse is in Chicago and our headquarters is in Kentucky, and our crews go wherever the job is.
What it’s like to work with us
“Total Sports Surfaces makes the whole process easy – from getting a quote to designing the project to the final installation. Their crews are true experts, the materials are top quality, and every project has stayed on budget and on schedule. They’re a partner we trust and keep coming back to.”
“From the initial call to the moment the installation crew left, the process was seamless. I was initially unsure about sizing and costs, but Rob quickly put my mind at ease – we walked through the details, provided a quote within 24 hours, and set a clear timeline for design, delivery, and installation.”
