Rob started Let’s Play in 1999. Let’s Play focused on selling and installing playground equipment and safety surfacing. While operating Let’s Play, he also worked for a large rubber recycling manufacturing company that provided rubber material for safety surfacing and the sports recreation industries.
Dave Wilcox – Crew Chief
Dave has been working as crew chief in the Sports Industry for over 35 years. He has a long and vast experience installing Sports Turf, Boards/Netting Systems, Sport Tiles and Specialty Sport Rubber Surfaces. He has arguably seen more indoor turf fields than anyone in the world. When he is the crew chief of your project, you are getting experience that no one can match.
Manuel Marquez – Crew Chief
Manuel has been a master installer for over 30 years. TSS has many repeat customers and when a facility calls us to tear out and reinstall a field, they frequently remember and ask for him specifically. His reputation is well known, and you will quickly see why his reputation is well deserved. We don’t feel there are many crews that will out work them nor that they can do what they do.
Roberto Marquez – Crew Chief
Roberto has been a master installer for over 30 years and has done it all. Sometimes our crew arrives at an installation and encounters an unexpected situation that might require special expertise. They look to him for the specific solution. When possible, we send two crew chiefs to each installation and he normally works with his brother, Manuel.
Juan Marquez – Crew Chief
Like our other three crew chiefs, Juan been working in the Sports Installation Industry for over 25 years and has done every type of sports related installation. We like to think of him as our “fixer.”There doesn’t seem to be a situation or piece of equipment that he can’t fix. If a machine breaks or if an installation has an unexpected issue, he is able to fix every problem.
